Processing time

The majority of items listed on the website are ready to ship and will be despatched between 2-3 working days using the Royal Mail postal method chosen at checkout.

Shipping address

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correct postal address is shown on the sales receipt. 

No changes will be made after purchase has been made.

I do not take responsibility for items that have been sent to the wrong address.

If items are returned due to being undelivered then an additional charge will be made to resend the order.

I reserve the right not to refund any shipping charges I have paid if you want a refund for the item(s) under these circumstances.

United Kingdom: 3-14 business days. 

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

I am based in the UK and I do not guarantee any delivery to reach you by a specific date as once it is posted I have no control over the delivery.

Due to the covid-19 Royal Mail service is experiencing disruption.  Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered.

Various postal method are available at checkout including tracked and signed for. 

Please ensure you choose the correct service your require. 

Standard 1st or 2nd class service does not have tracked facility or proof of postage. 

If you require proof of postage please request this at time of purchase.

Royal Mail are currently not delivering letter mail on Saturdays.

Estimated shipping times (International)

Delivery times will depend on where the item to is be shipped, please contact me for estimates.

Due to Brexit - additional VAT, Custom charges and Fees may be charged by carrier  upon delivery.  These extra charges are the buyers responsibility.

All International orders are sent via tracked services.  If there is a postal overcharge of £2.00 on orders a refund will be given.

Payment options 

This website uses a third party payment service - PayPal as well as all major credit cards.

Returns

Returns will be accepted if contacted within 14 days of delivery and are returned within 28 days of delivery. 

Unless the items are faulty the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Promo Codes

It is the buyers responsibility to follow the directions and apply the discount code correctly at the checkout. 

Only items appearing on the confirmed order will be shipped.

No changes will be made to orders that have been completed and received.

Only one promo code can be used at any one time.
